Yesterday my friend Joel came to my house for the night and we he got to our house we made a youtube video on his channel and my channel. An 2 hours later we had dinner then after we had a pea shooter cake. It was yum. Then we stayed up till 11 at night then we went to sleep. Now today we are not really doing that much. A few hours later Joel had left.Then a few more hours later my little Brother came running in with Maui's hook that my Dad made. It was fully finished so my Mum drew drawings on it and also she putted on some string so no one wouldn't get any splinters.

Early morning

This morning my dad woke me up at 3:30 am to go to work with him until 6:00. We got to his work and we hopped into a truck which had a load of portaloos on the back. First my Dad went to drop off some at Waitangi park while I was sleeping in the back. They needed the loos for a skate boarding event. Then we went back to the yard and we drove to scorching bay to drop off more loosfor a duathalon. Then we drove back to the yard and there was pizza in the microwave from Dads lunch yesterday so I had some for early breakfast. Then I set up 3 chairs so I could lie down on them for some more sleep. I woke up and my Dad asked if I wanted his earphones and I said yes so I kept them. Then we drove back home and got there at 6:23. And I went back to sleep again.

Softball getting cancelled

The wet weather outside

I woke up getting told to get changed for softball but I was just walking slowly because I knew that it was going to be cancelled because it's raining. Sure enough 10 minutes later Mum said that softball was cancelled.

Garden club

Every Thursday after school I go to the garden club that our school runs.So 1st we go inside rm5 then we sign in then we have some fruit and biscuits. Then we go outside to do gardening from 2:50-4:20 in the afternoon. The most important thing we do is pull out all the weeds in the garden and sometimes we plant somethings. Then after gardening club we all leave and when I leave my Dad is usually waiting in the car. Then we go home.

Dinner at Ichiban Teppanyaki

On march the 9th It was my parents 15th anniversary so me, my little Brother, Tiaan, my Mum, and my Dad went to a restaurant named Ichiban Teppanyaki. It was one of the restaurants where they cook your food in front of you. When we got inside we took some photos then we sat down and the waiter was ready to take our order but we weren't ready so he went to go and take an order at the table next to us. It took awhile but he came back again to take our order. After awhile we were just watching the table next to us and then the chef on their table created a huge fire, It was really awesome but my little brother got a big fright. I ordered chicken and chicken sushi. But later on they said that they didn't have anymore chicken so we got the salmon sushi. We got our sushi and it was yum, Then our chef came then he was cooking our food. Then he gave us bowls and we had to catch raw eggs, everyone caught them but me and it got on my top. Then he made lots of food and it was all delicious. After that he created a huge fire at our table and then my little brother was crying because he got another fright. We finished our kai then we left and went to noel leeming. While everyone was looking around they had a kids area and they were playing Mega mind so Me and my brother were just watching the movie. After that we went to Mac Donalds to get an ice cream. Then we went back home.

Here are photos of our dinner. We didn't get that many photos because my little brother was playing on the phone throughout the whole dinner.

koto

Strings

• Biwa a pear shaped lute.
• Gottan or hako-jamisen.
• Ichigenkin (kanji: 一絃琴)    monochord.
• Junanagen (十七絃)    17-stringed koto.
• Koto (琴, 箏)   long zither.
• Kugo (箜篌)  an angled harp used in ancient times and recently revived.

Koto, also called kin , long Japanese board zither having 13 silk strings and movable bridges. The body of the instrument is made of paulowina wood  and is about 190 cm (74 inches) long.
